Horrible management, postal delivery, rude workers in the building. If I could rate a zero I would. At least 3 days a week the mail is delivered at 7pm, neighbors get my mail I get their mail. Had an issue with a mailbox dealt with 2 managers and a Supervisor awful experience. They treated me like I was a nuisance. Highland is a lovely community to live in. It is a shame that the Post Office gives it a black eye. After this review I probably will never get my mail.

Let me start by saying I’m an postal employee. I went to this station to do my passport application and from the moment i walked in i felt very uncomfortable. SUE is the lady who was supposed to “help” me during the process but she did everything but that. She talked to me as if i were a pheasant. This was my first time doing the passport application and she basically rushed me and gave me sarcastic answered to everything I asked. I WILL NEVER RETURN BACK TO HIGHLAND POST OFFICE!
