I was expecting a delivery of a bed frame. I waited and waited all night and no delivery. The next morning I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered in my mailbox (!) the previous evening. Later that day I found a note in my mailbox stating that they attempted delivery but the package was too heavy! I was home all day and nobody came to the door. I called this post office where the package was supposed to be picked up and asked why they would put the pkg on the truck and then not deliver it just to unload it again at the post office. The woman told me very curtly that my package would be ready for pick up tomorrow, no explanation, nothing! Very rude! And the delivery person is obviously too lazy to even ring the doorbell!
Rude Rude Rude ........ lady wouldn’t even let me finish my statement without yelling NO!! Too early to be rude to people, if a customer don’t know something be human enough to explain !!!!
Everytime I order something I end up having to go to post office to pick it up. Today they said animal activity was the issue as of why it was not delivered. Supervisor advised me I may try to pick it up by 5pm if carrier had returned or it would be delivered tomorrow. Upon this attempt i was notified the carrier had not returned and that my package would be at another location for pickup tomorrow. If I had not attempted to pick this up I would have had no way of knowing it was sitting in another post office. Incompetence all around. I really hope the government quits bailing the postal service out so they fold. Will only be using UPS or FedEx for now on.
The lady with the big glasses there is extremely rude and is no help and seems annoyed that she has to work she needs to be fired
Is always close l have a paquette for a week. The hours time says 4 pm l always make before and is close
