Other than the 5 star review by the employee, I have no idea why there are so many 5 star reviews! Relocated to the area two years ago and have never had such terrible service. Receive wrong mail several times a month, we collect it and try to return and we’re the inconvenience?! Hardly any of the mail carriers and drivers are in uniform so sometimes it looks like our mail was being delivered late because a bum stole the truck. Lobby is dirty but they do put their “best” employees at the desk.
Courteous and quick service at the Lowell IN postoffice. Thank you to the employees there. Very much appreciated.
Best Post office experience we've ever experienced. Always polite and respectful and very knowledgeable. We also like our mail carrier, she's the best.
One of the nicest post offices I have been to in a long time! Everyone is super nice and helpful each and every time I go in which is 3-5 times per week. You guys rock! ud83dude01
Got there right at 4:30pm due to getting stopped by an accident and the lady had an attitude and didn't want to take care of me ...I'll use another facility from now on ...I was in customer service for over 10 yrs and always put my customers first ! If you don't like your job, find a new one !
