Horrible and very unreliable service at times. No one seems to have a clue about missing mail or packages. They direct you to phone on the wall and that's not customer service at all. I hope that Amazon takes over delivering the mail and packages soon for our country. The post office is joke! Wish I could give the entire system a nice fat negative ZERO stars! >: (
This is the main post office in the city and they only have one person working the front! I went in today and stood in line for 30 minutes with a mask on. They have Chris working like a slave! You would think the MAIN post office would have at least two people working. A coworker brought him lunch while I was there but he still could not take a bite to eat or even a sip of his drink because the line was long and kept growing. He did a great job by the way.
Absolutely awful! Should be able to give no stars! They basically deliver mail when they feel like it. I'm going on almost a week of no mail coming through. I've had outgoing mail sitting for 5 days. When you call they just say there's nothing they can do. These postal workers make good money and they just pick and choose where and when they want to go. I'm in the wrong business! My business would be done for, if we operated like this! Just tell customers oh sorry you're out of luck, we'll deliver when we feel like it. Ridiculous!!
Over an hour wait to talk to someone. 3 calls later package still not delivered. Usually regular mail carrier is great but when it's a substitute it's always some issue. Too lazy to get out of the truck to leave package on the porch like the regular carrier does, or just as ups or FedEx does. Then have to go to the middle of Gary to catch an attitude about giving me my package.
Delivery driver scanned my package as delivered, never delivered it...also told me face to face she didn’t have it...very poor service. Not surprised why USPS is being defunded
