The lady who works here during the week (Marjorie) is very polite and hardworking. However, on Saturdays or if the weekday lady calls off, THEY DON'T OPEN OR OPEN SEVERELY LATE. They have chronic staffing issues that have persisted for several years. I've had a box here for nearly 20 years and this is the worst I've ever seen it. Today is Saturday 7/11/2020. The employee, Sherry, who ALWAYS has an attitude finally came over to open the building at 9:20- more than an hour late. She then snapped at an older gentleman who asked about the box mail. It wasn't there yet. So we'll just have to wait until Monday, I assume. The box fee goes up every year, yet the funds don't seem to be put to good use.
Its 11am and they have the doors locked when they should be opened. Its so many people sitting outside trying to figure out why it's not opened. So unprofessional.
