I had a package to be redelivered and they never did and when you call up there no one ever answers
I mailed a letter from the box on 13th and Clark Road over a week ago . It was going to Bloomington, IN -- to date more than a week later the letter has not been received. Do they even pick up from the blue boxes daily? Normally, I go to the main post office and the letter is there in two to 3 business days but nothing yet. So, is the only way to guarantee delivery is to go directly to the post office?

I called for 3 hours when someone finally picked up, they were very rude and hung up on me. I had a packaged status delivered and never received it. The news should hear about this place
This is one of the worse post offices I have ever dealt with. My package was marked undeliverable wrong address, which is confusing seeing as I get mail everyday. Then I call fedex to find out the post office was the ones that was supposed to delivery it and they haven’t even sent it back. No note or anything was put on my door they just said forget it I guess like what the hell is wrong with this pay office do they need new workers I will be complaining to whom ever the post master is!!!!
