Excellent service and very friendly to their customers. Recently had an experience with a much needed package and Mia was able to help me out. She was able to locate and get the package for me. She was very nice and went up and beyond expectations! I greatly appreciated it.
The post master Beth is absolutely amazing, I was having an issue with a package from Amazon and my post office was very disrespectful and hung up on me and wouldn’t answer to help! Beth came to the rescue and found out what was going on with my package and eased my mind! Thank you again Beth YOU ROCK!
Bad service. All my package was delivered to a different mail box or has been losted I never get anything. And this is the second time.
Our two week HELD mail was to be delivered today and when we got home we had NO mail at all, let alone our held mail. When I called and put in our zip code, all I got was an automated ramble about COVID. Not sure what happened. My confirmation email said it was due today, but ???nSad service!
Mia VERY helpful in attempting to locate my packages which consistently go missing between Claypool and Mentone.
