I can give them less than one star i would. this has got to be the most incompetent post office i have ever seen. For the past 5 years i have dealt with them leaving my parcel lockers unlocked and damaged packages due to them shoving them into a mail box they obviously couldn't fit into> and now they're drivers cant read shipping labels and are sending my packages back to the sender.
I would give them zero if I could. Not a post office as they do not offer postage, they won’t even weigh your package to tell you how much postage needed. Completely useless, no idea why they are open or exist at all.
Waited over 40 minutes to pick up a package and there were two people in front of me. Staff slowest I’ve ever experienced.
I have no mail receptacle and the clerk is yapping off about something wearing a mask, and I'm deaf. I already have a PO Box out of town with address change already updated for mail forwarding, but the clerk is going off about something and I don't know? I walked away.
Extremely rude customer service. Very slow service. Gives you the runaround about missing mail/packages. I would never visit this place, ever. Such pathetic losers.
