The people working out of this post office are great! Always happy to help! I had an issue when I first relocated to the area about mail being swapped between my address and a similar address, called after the third time it happened to straighten it up, and haven't had an issue since - been 2 years now, no problems!
There's some truly good people working here. I've been having problems getting around lately & was finding things overwhelmingly difficult to do. A very Nice man who works there helped me & I want people to know how much that means to me!! He could have told me to get a box & tape & come back later, as I've been told by other workers there. All I had to do was write the addresses!
Wish I had better things to report. Our packages consistently get delivered to another house a block away, the only way to retrieve them is by physically chasing down the mail truck to have them correct the issue (our neighbor has hand delivered us our packages several times if they notice soon enough). There's no working number to this post office anymore, I've tried over and over again to reach them when packages get missed delivered, or as in today's example, not delivered at all, when they are listed as out for delivery .
Building is COMPLETELY closed to the public after business hours!
I've never had an issue with this post office.
