Not the best customer service. Three out of four packages have made to my actual address in the last month, others go to random neighbors. I really like the normal driver but seems person in charge just cant get it right when normal driver isn't working. Good luck with phone calls, they are one sided it seems.

Part two of having a problem with the sweet home post office. My package was put into one of the parcels and my tracking information said delivered so I go down to my mail box and there’s no key to get into the parcel so that’s means they gave again my package to the wrong person. So I go to the post office and tell them that this happened and they said they would fix the problem well you know I thought it would take a day too figure out where my package went nope. So today I called and talk to someone on the phone and told them that this has happened l twice now in the past two month and that this package is now missing, and get told again they will fix the problem and wow guess what still nothing.
Very helpful with getting our mail service set up - no hassles and great attitude.
Mail us never delivered on time! It took 8 days for a letter to get from Sweet Home, Oregon to Albany, Oregon which is unexceptable. Misdelivering packages is also unexceptable. Address is right on the front. So I don't understand why my mail takes forever to get here or forever to arrive elsewhere. I have never had a problem with mail til recently!
