I just love the customer service I get there at this location. Super friendly post office! Amy is who I typically see mostly and I just love how welcoming she is when you come in to get your mail or go to the lobby to do something!
Your hours show that saturdays you are open from 8 to 10 but apparently 8 am is to early for whoever works that crazy long shift ... get there at 8 and wait and wait and no one shows up. This place is a joke...
How are your hours of operation feasible to any working adult? You open after I'm at work. You close before I get home. I work 8-5 like a normal person. It's not unreasonable that you do the same. Add in the fact that you Saturday hours only go until 10:00. How is that remotely helpful? Either expand the number of large PO boxes for packages or stay open long enough for people to pick them up because this happens every time and it's ridiculous.
