There is lady works there for package picked up, she is so rude and she has plain bad manner. Now I fully understand why the fed refund the post office, because someone like her doesn't deserve to keep a job.

Postal clerk moved his mask and wiped his nose with his hand three times while I was there and never sanitized his hands afterwards. These are kind, hard-working people but please please please stop wiping your nose and then interacting with the public without sanitizing your hands afterwards, there is a pandemic going on right now.

They need to reevaluate how they deliver packages especially during this time (covid). If you can avoid this location or any USPS for that matter, I would. They are not practicing correct social distancing and it is very concerning for folx who would die from this virus.

Never get any problem on picking up or sending package here.

A lot of people appear to be taking out their gripes with the entire US POstal System on this branch -- very unfair. I use PO branches all over Eugene and Springfield, and the branch at E. 33rd is the friendliest, and most responsive branch of the lot. The staff are knowledgeable and cheerful, and the carriers from this branch know their customers and are sensitive to their needs and service requests. On the rare occasion when I've had a delivery problem, it has NEVER been the fault of this branch.nnFirst class!
