Still waiting on a response to my last 6 complaints. Found out today that Fred who is in charge has never heard of any issues they’ve had in the last year. Proving once again that a good customer experience is only a suggestion without any consequences. With a 2 star rating how could you not know you have a BIG problem to deal with everyday!?

Not sure who our mail carrier is for the Irving area but they're completely incompetent. Sick of getting everyone else's mail and them lying and saying stuff has been delivered when it hasn't. Small business owners rely on on time deliveries. Or at least truthful carriers so we can keep track of our orders. Thanks alot for putting me behind on stuff I needed to get sent out TOMORROW.

The lady working at the river road office wd not spare me one small piece of tape from the multiple roll dispensers nxt to her to help make my life easier. Instead I had to go buy one and take my packages to another office Because it was Saturday and this office was closed.

A week later my certified time sensitive letter is still sitting in the post office apparently. No way to contact them to find out what’s going on.

The USPS is what I grew up with for all my shipping; it was all we had in my small hometown. When I moved to areas with alternatives, I tried some other companies, but when I compared them to the post office, I saw the real numbers.nThey were both convenient. They were both fast, and reliable. Was I saving money? Well, no. Better service for letters? Not really. For large parcels? Better tracking? Nope. I compared everything I use the post service for, and it's a.close call but I don't see any outfit that has improved.on the.original. Not yet, anyway.
