Our mailman is extremely lazy. I’ve had two larger packages that were supposed to be delivered this week and they’d show that the mailman attempted to deliver them, but was unable to reach us, so they were sent to the post office for pickup. I know this is a flat out lie that they “attempted” to reach us because we were home both times and there was no slip left at our door AND we have outdoor cameras, so we would’ve been notified if someone was at our door. I looked back at the time they supposedly tried to come by and there was never anyone at our door. Nice try though! Very frustrating.

Be weary of the call back service . I waited for an hour and half then they called me back. I then waited five minutes on hold before they ended the call. I was looking at my phone and I know I didn't hang up because my phone chimes when a call is ended by someone else. I get it's crazy because of covid but my package has been 5 Miles away for three biz days now. This is how I found out you can't leave a zero star rating on Google Because I would

Giving a 5 star review is so much more fun than a 1 star, but when the 'customer service' is so poor, 1 star is what you get.nnI have the Informed Delivery Service through the USPS so I was aware that I should be receiving 3 pieces of mail 'soon'. One item was delivered that day (Monday), the other two...well, it's now 4 days later so I'd say they are missing. Every day since then, the mail that has been scanned has found its way to my mailbox on that same day I was notified by email.nnAt 2 days missing (Wednesday), I visited this location and was able to speak with a worker, Mitch, who wrote down my contact information as well as which items I was waiting for. He assured me this would be forwarded to a supervisor.nn3 days missing (Thursday)...I of course waited towards the end of the day thinking that I would get a call at some point. So when I hadn't, I called the office. The pleasant recording states to please wait while my call is directed to an operator, but after waiting for the 'operator' to answer, the call is disconnected. On my 6th attempt, my call was finally answered!!! I spoke with a supervisor, Troy, who listened to my situation and said he would speak with the letter carrier assigned to my neighborhood and call me back the next day.nn4 days missing (Friday)...still no sign of the 2 items expected on Monday. Waited for a phone call from Troy and when it got to be the last hour of the office being opened, I started making my calls...CALLS....as I knew it wouldn't be answered on the first ring. Let's just say, it was WAY more than the 6 I did the other day. And surprise...no answer.nnTHIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO ANSWER THE PHONE, DON'T HAVE ONE. IF YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO CALL SOMEONE BACK, CALL THEM BACK!

This isn’t a good place to go unless your packages are all set to go or you are picking up. Don’t be fooled by the time they close. They can’t help pack up boxes for you. Only basics can be done here. Only prepackaged and ready to go boxes.

They didn’t even try to deliver my package. They just left a notice in the mailbox even though my wife is home all the time. Why not do your job?
