I had a large package ( birthday present ) for my son who lives in ft.wayne. i took it to the post office and she helped me by taping it up better so it wouldn't come unwrapped during delivery.this was on Friday afternoon and i took cheapest regular mail option. My son called me on Monday to thank me after it arrived. I thought that was a really fast great job ladies!

They do what a post office should do. Never had a problem in over 10 visits.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. They dont even attempt to deliver my packages, and never fill out the form stating why they didn't deliver. Constantly have problems.
Once again I have packages missing. I have had several issues with missing mail/packages since moving here and it has gotten so bad over the past few months that I am about to just remove my mailbox completely from the street and stop using the USPS completely! I had a V-Day package coming and says it was delivered yesterday morning but nothing here. Very frustrating, does no good to order gifts related to holidays or birthdays if they come extremely late or not at all because of the USPS!
