Staff there are always super polite and extremely helpful! Have not had a single issue using this location.
EVERYONE in camby uses this.. no one is social distancing. AVOID this place...LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Avoid this location at all cost if you are a retail shipper.nI have had multiple items lost directly after scan here. (2-3/yr.)nAny damaged packaging is returned and the post office refuses to assist in a resolution in any way. This is not a post office but a PO service, stamp store and a drop box. Do not expect any sort of service.nnFed Ex has not had an issue with any of my packages to date simply because they have real employees not button clickers.nnUpdate after roughly 1 year.nThey now forgot about my daily mail pickup. This post office could literally put me out of business in the future if their performance scales with my volume...
Horrible customer service. The entire staff stands around to see how one transaction is going to turn out, rather than help the other customers waiting in line, even though there's a line of customers and they're not directly involved with that transaction. Then they call on their friends who walk in the door first, rather than the line of customers who have been waiting.
Went in waited in line while one girl was helping someone and the other not doing much. Waited about five minutes and older man came in behind me and the lady that wasn't doing much helped him. So I guess it's a pick a choose kinda place. Even the old man had told me sorry for them helping him 1st.
