This is the second time they’ve “delivered” my package and I haven’t gotten it.
I'm sure it's not the case with everyone working at this location, but more often than not they have been misplacing or delivering our mail to the wrong addresses. Not to mention we found about five pieces of our mail down the street, in a creek, after a few weeks. We have had several other packages left in someone else's front yard exposed to the rain and have gotten completely wet. Luckily the residents of Avon seem to be nice enough to contact and returnnour misdelivered mail back to us, as we have also returned other people's mail back to them. I'm not too happy with how the Danville delivery staff have been handling our mail. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.nThis team should take the example from companies like FedEx or UPS who make sure our mail is well taken care of, and left safely in the correct address.nThanks for your service, nonetheless.
My package was not delivered in error by our mail carrier. The Supervisor got into his personal car and delivered the package to my door. A+ service with a smile. I have never had a counter person who was not helpful and personable. Our local USPS is the best!
Well stocked in all shipping sized boxes. Very helpful to several customers in front of me. Explained services and asked questions to give correct information. So this is how a post office is ran? Nice
USPS is my preferred shipper for many items I sell on eBay and Etsy! Packages are delivered on time and I have never lost any! The ladies at the post office are helpful and my postman is wonderful. He will take packages if I can’t leave my home. Also they have saved me a lot of money on shipping, improving my profit. UPS has lost packages for me and Fed Ex is pricey. Danville P.O. is my favorite P.O. and USPS is my preferred shipping vendor.!
