My mail is almost every day mixed up with my neighbors and not just one neighbors but always 2 or 3 of them. For the past week I have tried to mail out 3 bills and have new mail every day but they don't take the out going mail( that has proper postage and are completely addressed correctly with the flag up on my mailbox and yet the flag gets put down but the mail hasn't gotten taken out of the box ! I can't reach anyone to talk to them about this matter . I get to where it says I'm being transferred to the operator and then it goes to a beeping busy signal and hangs up. Twice in the past 3 months I've mailed an empty envelope to my own address and yet to this day I've never received either of them back in the mail. I am so frustrated with them and how I can actually get to talk to someone who can help me. In person I have been told that they'd be checking however I am still almost a month later waiting for anyone to get it taken care of or just get someone to even contact me about this. Where can I honestly go or call to actually talk to someone who can help me?

Nice and clean. The only thing is there seems to be at least one homeless person by the entrance and sometimes one doesn't feel very safe.

Had a registered package that was supposed to be delivered by 8PM on a Saturday. Over a week and half later it still wasnt delivered. No tag or note about why it wasnt delivered. I finally went down and they had it but no explanation why it hadnt been delivered. At our office they keep getting later and later. Sometimes mail doesnt get delivered til 7PM. Lately, they dont take outgoing mail. Just drop our incoming through the slot and leave outgoing.

This review is basically worthless, because the federal employees feel no threat to their jobs regardless of their behavior or incompetence.nMy mail rarely arrives before 5:30pm. I live in a rural area and lock my gate where I have a parcel drop box. After many yrs of deliveries, a new driver refuses to leave parcels because she must back up over 50’ and evidently is unable to walk. I contacted someone named Jim at the office and tried to question him. He was arrogant and only wanted to recite policy. He interrupted me an ordered me to to quit talking and let him continue at which point I angrily told him I would not be ordered around. He hung up on me, and my attempts to call back & speak with someone else we’re not answered. It’s no wonder Usps looses money while UPS & FedEx are booming.

Its again almost 6pm and I still have not received my mail.. some days it not here until after 7-8pm! How can the post office be closed but their mailpeople are still out delivering on their routes?
