The two ladies that are usually working here are so sweet and helpful, I drop off packages every day almost and they are wonderful! A great community post office
Staff is always very nice and helpful.
Extremely poor mail delivery. Since the retirement of Mark Elmore (in January, 2020) who would have mail delivered every day between 1:30 and 2:00 pm daily, there is no specific time for mail delivery. Depending on which individual is delivering mail it can be as early as 9:30am to 8:00pm or later. This suggests that this location is short staffed due to Mark’s retirement or this office is poorly managed, or both. Mark’s retirement could not have been a surprise since he made this announcement to me months prior. Regardless of the reason, this has become totally unacceptable. If there was an alternative to this Post Office I would make it.
This post office is unorganized! I had a package on vacation hold that was supposedly delivered to my house while I was on vacation, when I came home there was nothing there although it should have never been delivered in the first place. I believe someone at the post office stole my package. I came to the post office on two separate occasions spoke to two different managers who took my information down and said that they were going to call me back and never did. They lost my $400.00 package and had the least bit of sympathy, this post office really should have a sweep of new management and new regulations. I have never seen anything like it :( I give them a thumbs down!
Used this office for years. Often busy but service is wonderful, always friendly professional and helpful. Mail packages often and have never had problems. Great job, thanks
