Used to have an amazing mail lady and now we have 3 different ones that deliver at 3 different times and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT expect to get your mail before 6pm..didn't come til 9pm the other night. Not happy! And of course no one to talk to locally cuz you get call center instead

Absolute worst post office I've ever been to. Horrible customer service. They won't give you your packages on time. They try to hold you off til the end of the day, but then update their website saying they delivered your package hours before they actually give it to you. They refuse to cash THEIR OWN money orders, regardless of the amount. They always say they don't have the money in the drawer and to come back later, whether it's the beginning of the day or the end. Every USPS money order I've gotten, I've ended up having to take my money orders to my bank instead because the post office won't deal with their own money orders. No matter what time it says a package was sorted or delivered, if you come in to get it they will tell you they are still sorting it. So packages you'd normally be able to pick up on Saturday you end up waiting til Monday for because they won't do their jobs right. I used to live in Columbus and the post office there would NEVER act this way. They were extremely professional and would look into anything you asked at anytime you asked with no trouble. Not Nashville. I hope someone sees this and either talks to their employees or hires new ones. I have never had this much trouble with any other post office in my entire life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm always polite and they treat people rudely back. If I didn't have to deal with their post office I wouldn't. Unfortunately I live here and have to deal with it. Please USPS, do something about this. Don't let them continue to abuse their jobs like this. Your company is better than that. I've seen fantastic employees at any other location. Nashville could learn a thing or twon.. Or maybe 10.

The tracking says available but when you go in they say its not. Also wont cash USPS money orders. They say they dont have the money in their drawer. Takes us long time to get our packages.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Lost a package they had to transfer 20 minutes away during transfer. Then, when I called I had to wait on hold for over an hour to speak with someone that wasn't even their location. You have to speak to a person in a call center first. I'm out $200 because they can't read zip codes.
