For years this Post Office has failed in properly delivering packages. I don't think they remember who the customer is and who is paying for proper delivery. Wonder how they would feel if they experienced the service their customers do.

There really needs to be a change in the way this post office is managed. Our mail is never delivered to us. If we don’t take it from the box on our street for more than a day, we receive a notice saying it’s being held at the post office. We live two-tenths of a mile from the box, but they won’t leave it at our door. Also, most of the mail is addressed to the prior resident of our home, but the 2 letters we need are moved to the post office with all of the prior resident’s junk mail. Additionally, when we receive the notice, it says clearly the mail can be picked up between 8AM-6PM Monday-Friday. I go to the post office at 5:32 today, though, and it’s closed. If this PO won’t deliver our mail to us, I don’t think it’s too much to ask that they provide accurate information about when we can retrieve our mail. Unfortunately, i think new management or greater oversight is highly needed at this location.

The experience was flawless. I had come to collect packages that weren’t delivered to my door. Carmela was very kind to pick them all up with no delay. Kudos to the workers!

I don't understand why the PO on Pacheco St. don't answer the phone ?...They used to, But now it just rings and rings and rings, I ordered a pkg. back on Nov. 5th...It's Now Nov.18th and still NO delivery! It was shipped from California by Fed Ex, When it got to the Santa Fe PO it was ''Re-Routed'' to Aztec, NM ! C'mon Folks get your act together!...I've been waiting TWO WEEKS and still NO delivery.

My experience was spot on with all the other reviews. Staff is extremely rude. USPS just needs to fold, they have systemic issues all the way up to the very top. I don’t think they have broken even in decades and the feds keep bailing them out. Before you can even think about being profitable you need to be kind to people. Unfortunately we all can’t avoid USPS. If the employees are that unhappy the need to quit or strike and demand better working conditions. My mailman drops off our packages in the woods leading up to our house. I find packages on the side of the road all the time. One time he was nice enough to put the package in a plastic bag when it was raining, dude deserves a promotion.
