I normally dont leave negative reviews but the customer service at this location is unbelievably bad! I dropped off a package there this morning to be returned to the original sender. As I approached a man with a heavy accent behind the counter grabbed the box and said, "you cant get a tracking number for this I can only send it for you." Well that's a problem for me as this is an expensive item I'm returning and I was told specifically by the company to obtain and keep my tracking number. Before I could explain any of this however the man snatched my package of the counter and proceeded to chuck it like a basketball in the bin behind him and then walked away to into the back. With a line of people behind me I left, stunned. Absoloutley unacceptable behavior that has left me truly concerned as to whether or not the package with reach its destination!

This little Post Office is quite efficient. Have had no problems picking up or shipping. "Jackie" at the counter is very knowledgeable in types and costs of the most expeditious ways to mail for reliable delivery.

I went in January to renew my children’s passport and Steve was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I went in today to get my passport and Steve again helped me out made it quick and easy.

Made an appointment for my passport and the guy had “called out for 4 hours”. It was the day after the super bowl. I wonder what he was sick with. Now I have to figure out another day off work to get my passport.

Stay away from the dude.i mean douche at the passport counter ..wow this experience was a joke. Please ppl.make sure you schedule your passport appointment at another location .. this dude must have been hangry or something cause we were treated like garbage at the dump. I was so embarrassed for him and his attitude
