This place is THE WORST USPS ever! I hate having to come here soo much. I rather them leave my package on my apartment floor because no. Just shut this place down or hire new people.

They don’t answer the phone and they lack common curtesy. I have had package say they are being delivered one day and they don’t show up until two days later. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They need to come out with a whole new team of people to work at this location.

There should be a zero star option. No clue what they did with my package. They said it was delivered. The package would’ve been more than small enough to fit in my mailbox (I’ve ordered from this place multiple times before). I have the only key. I am unemployed right now like a lot of people so I was home for it to be brought up to my apartment if need be. If it was left in the lobby with the mailboxes, I would’ve gotten it. There are always packages left there and never taken. They refuse to take responsibility. They said to contact the seller to resend it. Um no, the seller didn’t lose my stuff.

So many bad experiences with this post office, it is appalling. Mail gets lost a lot... or is simply not delivered. While a few employees are professional and competent there, most are NOT.

Terrible. There are a few good delivery people but this location is so backwards that they can’t even manage to deliver packages or mail on time. Days waiting for packages, When I go to pick up my package they tell me it’s out for delivery and don’t even bother to check if it’s still there. Still waiting for it now days later. They sometimes deliver the mail every other day. Don’t bother trying to call to inquire about your mail or packages because they will not pick up the phone and if they do, they will hang up on you. Horrible location and service.
