Always so helpful and friendly! Every time I'm in there they are efficient and knowledgeable. They never fail to help other customers in line at the same time when and if possible! Glad to have a place like this available to us!
Always very professional and great customer service . They do whatever they can to help you out with what you need done. I only go here now because of how they treat all of their customers. You won't find a better place!
The staff was so rude today that I will not be returning to this place again. I waited my turn in line. When it was my turn, the lady behind the register told me, you have a drop off package, you can just hand it to me. When I explained that I needed a receipt because it was an Amazon return, she ignored me, left me standing there right in front of her holding my package and started helping other customers. I waited patiently for her to get back to me and scan my package, which would take seconds. Several minutes later, I could see that she was going to go on like this....not helping me, so I left and found another ups store on my way to run errands. This wasn't the first time that she was somewhat bad with her customer service, it was however the final straw.
Super friendly and convenient, especially for scanning documents to your email! Saves me a trip to Vancouver plus their service is great!
The staff was very helpful and personable. They helped me package and ship my item quickly and for the best price - and the packaging was free! ☺
