I WISH that I could give this place ZERO STARS! They are the absolute worse! We haven't received our mail in 3 weeks! The workers at this post office (there's one guy in particular) are rude and of no help. How is it that no one can tell me where my mail is after 3 weeks? This has been happening since the end of last year. They will go weeks without delivering to my building and then deliver a stack of mail on a random Sunday. I signed up for informed delivery months ago so that I will know when we have mail coming in. We get emails everyday showing our mail has been scanned in (pics and all) and yet we still haven't received anything in 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS!!!! Where is our mail???

I want to know was going on with the mail. The mail man hasn't been by my block in 4 days . On north 3rd St. I understand there's a virus going around. But I'm waiting on a couple important mail. Would like to know if I got to go to the post office to pick up my mail?? Thank you can some one get to me please.thanks again

Sorry, I did not take any pictures to show but one door in open not both side. 2 different lines are formed, one for receiving packages, certified mails, etc. The other for sending mail.nAll the workers I saw was wearing face mask and were social distancing themselves from each other.nMy service was great, my attitude even stapled my receipts together without me even asking her to do so.

Never received resolution on my service request # 08298252nTalked to the manager and by checking the system / (Geo tag location) of where the package was delivered, he confirmed the package was deliver to the wrong address. Instead of printing this information for me, they made me wait almost a month to then tell the sender that they delivered the package when their system states otherwise.

They always have an issue with my packages they dont leave it stating no access to delivery location but they leave the mail !! Or my tracking says out for delivery for three days
