Nutley Post Office

I have had nothing but good experiences at the Nutley post office. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate their service.

I’ve had a package sent to a residence in Nutley. The package was marked delivered and never arrived. The gentleman who made the purchase went to the post office and they told him it wasn’t there. I proceeded to call myself, I was given a “supervisors” number. It rang several times no one picked up. I called back same thing again. So I proceeded to call back the post office. The phone just rang off the hook. This is despicable. There is something really shady going on there. Im from Long Island and I’m so mad I’m going to actually drive to Nutley and lose it on this place. Get ready!!

I recently moved to Nutley and have been unable to access my mailbox. Ive called multiple times about having them change the mailbox lock and key, and each time they have said that they will do it in a few days. It has been about three months and I have yet been able to access my mailbox. The customer service is by far the worst.

I live in Belleville but drive to Nutley whenever I have to ship something or buy stamps. Couple things: This post office opens at 7:30 (belleville opens at 8:30) The employees in Nutley are much nicer to deal with and helpful than those in Belleville.

Friendly as polite yes maybe as others stated there's a line at times.
