As NYC is epicenter of a pandemic, business owners should create an environment where customers feel safe. We walked in, owner was not wearing a mask nor did he practice social distancing. I asked owner if he had a mask, a reasonable request in a pandemic. He immediately became angry and kicked us out of his store. “It’s my store, I do what I want. When you pay “insert rent amount here” you can do what you want. Go, get out.” Was it so hard to grab a mask or back away a bit? If he had, he would now have a little more money to crack that rent. I miss the old owners.

I have been using Charlie's since Charlie bought the business, Since he took over it improved tremendously. I have a secure mailbox here , I use his Copy, Fax and print services as well. Overall he has a hidden gem on the upper east side, a true one stop shop that serves the community for all their business needs. I recommend this store over the fed ex office, ups store or staples any day. He will negotiate on pricing that works for both you and him and he is always grateful for the customers that come in. Thank you Charlie for working so hard to earn my business!

I love this place. Charlie is so kind, helpful and professional and so is his staff. I've been using their services for 3 years straight now, from the mailbox service to shipping, to sometimes going in to print or copy something. Since Charlie took over the business, the service has improved even more and he is constantly offering new services - including the Amazon locker which is super convenient and he'll soon have an office/meeting space which I also plan to rent when I need. Their prices are fair and competitive but the friendly service is an added bonus. I've read some of the other negative reviews which I find are completely uncalled for and unwarranted...there are many miserable souls out there who take their unhappiness out on others! I highly recommend Charlie's Neighborhood Postal hands down.

I had a great experience here. Jorge provides amazing service and they took me in right before the store closed. Even saved me money on shipping. Will definitely come here again.
