I live in post avenue and per what usps customer service told me , the driver left the package in payson avenue

The staff at this location are actually really helpful which I have never experienced in any other post office. I wish I knew their names but there are about 5 employees who stand out the most, usually at other locations the staff has an mean attitude before you even approach them. The lines are really long at times which is understandable, I won’t blame it on them but a lot of my deliveries are stated as delivered and most times they are just at the post office or inside the delivery truck.nnI’ve noticed many customers are very impatient and rude when it’s not the staff’s fault but because it’s pretty much the only face we see of the company, they get blamed for things and it’s amazing how they still manage to get through that with a positive attitude especially during these weird times.

They were supposed to bring my package yesterday but didn’t and i was gonna pick it up today but they are closed!

I am well aware that the post office in general has lackluster service and in some scenarios(pick ups) I have to wait several minutes, the pandemic is no exception. My review will be based on my drop off experience. For almost a decade I've been dropping off packages by waiting in line(recently the lengthy singular line at Vermilya). What's unique about this post office is that it's so efficient that every venue can accept my drop off. Thanks to an insightful staff I have been told about the self-service drop box and since then I enjoy never having to inconveniently line up and waste nearly half an hour for a simple request.

They never deliver your packages on sundays neither when it’s priority or scheduled for delivery on sundays. Always claim to have left a note but there’s never a note. They won’t even bother to deliver it to you if you reschedule a delivery so you have to resort to going to the post office and wait in the long line to pick up your package.
