I had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I am blind, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I could get my business done. Thank you so much!

This is a decent post office, I think it has gotten a little better than when I first moved to the area.

Worst location ever, avoid at all costs. Not helpful, very slow, lacks customer service

I call this post office branch the Place Where Hope Goes To Die.nAbout half of the staff I’ve dealt with are the nastiest, meanest rudest human beings to ever walk the earth. And the slowest...did I mention slow? Glacially, deliberately slow.

I had a passport appointment at 1:30pm. The clerk said she had to take a couple before me. She finished with them around 2:05 and then told me she can’t take me because she needs to help to make the line shorter! I was furious. Waiting with a newborn for that long. The supervisor was off so I spoke to someone that was in charge and all she could say is that the supervisor told them to take care of the people online. But wait, what about me?! I was there for almost 50 and still nothing. The line just got bigger and bigger. I had to leave. Very frustrating.
