Received the worst service here.nA male staff named Siddel looked in his 50’s was super rude. I asked if the price shown in screen was accurate, as I was informed cheaper price previously by a lady next to him. He said that he’s doing his job and if I’m doubting what he’s doing I should go to her counter. I was just asking if the price was accurate.He could have just simply said he’s calculating it and it will be shown once it’s done . I had no idea why he could be so mean to customers.nLack of hospitality and professionalism. Any USPS staff can not be worse than him.
Best USPS post office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Sometimes there are no pens so bring your own.
Best post office in Upper West Side area. Can usually get in and out of the post office quick and its a great location in the Lincoln Center area.
I went there today and needed help completing forms due to a hand disability. Fernando went above and beyond to aid me. Sheena at the window was also great.
Always a line inside, but moves fast and always friendly.
