Long lines, lack of one on one customer service and downsized! Much appreciated if the older model of the building would have been kept in tact to accommodate the mass of customers in and about the corridors of the premises! How are we to social distance if we we are packed like sardines w/lines that don’t move promptly during a pandemic?! ud83eudd14

Most courteous staff. Friendly and reliable . I no longer go to my neighborhood depot located on East Tremont which happens to be the polar opposite. Rude and inept. Highly recommend going to the Grand Concourse branch which follow CDC regulations on social distancing .

Love this USPS branch! I often use the postal service to send packages for my small business and out of all the locations I’ve been to in the city, this branch is my favorite! They’re so kind and helpful. Location is also huge and they’ve taken great measures to make sure people are socially distant inside.

Worst customer service post office I have ever experienced. Only one individual was helpful every other postal clerk seemed to be annoyed and angry that they were working during a pandemic. Also directions were not clear as to when and where to get postal money orders or where to pick up packages. Hours did not match what was published online. Everything about the experience was disappointing and frustrating .

They “give” your package to anyone standing close by, the postal employee delivering to Mt Hope Place should be investigated. Frequently “delivered” packages that never arrive!!!!!
