Just lost all faith in these people. I go here weekly for work, which will stop, after how I was treated today. I walk in to look for their boxes. I pick to large brown one and two medium envelopes. I had previously looked online and the standard boxes were free. I had searched the display where I found the boxes and I didn’t see a price. So, I picked the most plain Jane brown box. However, I got chased down like a criminal because I picked up a plain brown box instead of their white boxes. It’s not as if their boxes are all in the same location. No, the boxes that are labeled as free on their website are tucked away in a corner. I put the boxes back and left. I adamantly do not support USPS at this point and am happy to pay extra for better service elsewhere. May have made a innocent mistake but you acted like I stole national secrets. Already filed a complaint with the office itself, USPS inspector general and now here.

In Or 97086 area, who brings mails always lose mails like my paychecks!

I used to love this having my PO BOX here at this Post Office cause they har 24hr lobby access but ever since they switched their hours, I just hate it. I'm not sure how they expect the people who work during the day are ever going to be able to get in there to their PO BOX when they only have access lobby hours, 830am-5pm M-F and 10-2 Sat.

I live in Eagle Creek but I prefer to drive the extra distance to go to the Clackamas post office. People here are so nice and helpful!

For the 4 th month this year we sometimes don’t get our bills or other mail sent to us. We get our neighbors mail almost every other week. We have to walk there mail to them to ensure they get there mail timely. Our zip code is 97086 in Happy Valley. When will this poor performance end ?
