Their drop boxes say last pickup is 6pm. Twice now I've driven significantly out of my way to drop off incredibly time-sensitive tax items that needed to be mailed out to clients THAT DAY after 5pm, but well before 6pm, only to have them NOT be scanned until the following morning. Yesterday, 2 days before the last tax deadline, I dropped off 6 packages at 5:23pm. Not a single one was retrieved that day/nothing has been scanned yet. EITHER HONOR YOUR PICK UP TIMES OR DO NOT ADVERTISE LAST PICK UP IS 6PM!!!!!!

Our local post office here in Tigard is located right on SW Main Street.nnApproaching from the West I have learned to keep an eye out for SW Commercial Street, since I’ve inadvertently passed by the office a time or too.nIt sits back off of the street and is tree-lined.nnI’ve always had a positive experience and everyone is extremely friendly.nnWe’re lucky to call it our local office!

Local Post Master, Richard, was extremely helpful in assisting me when I had made a mistake in requesting forwarding services. I have high praise for his professionalism and tolerance of a customer who was unfortunately wrong in my belief the Post Office had made the mistake.nnThanks Richard!!

Reasonably fast. Easy to get to. Parking lot is a touch small, but I've never been unable to find parking. The one and only time I had an issue, they worked hard to fix it

Worst post office ever! Mail is continually delivered to neighbors instead of me. And mail that is supposed to be delivered (according to the photos I receive each day from USPS.com) are not. I've missed bills, and been charged late fees, because the Tigard Post Office cannot seem to do the most simple of tasks: PUT THE MAIL IN THE PROPER MAIL SLOT!! And they never ever ever answer their phone. There seems to be absolutely NO accountability, and no pride in their work. Any commercial business that operated like this could not survive. Just unbelievable...
