I’m here multiple times a week and the staff are consistently friendly, professional and patient with frequently rude and entitled customers. Don’t know how they do it!
Despite the Covid 19 virus, restrictions and social distancing the fellas working the counter 4/9/20 were awesome. They were smiling and professional... and the ingenuity to place clear shower curtains between them and customers as a “barrier”’is self- care at its best. Kudos to this post office!
This post office is the best I’ve been to. The staff keep the lines moving quickly but are willing to help through the process. I’ve mailed internationally, nationally, bought thousands of stamps, and picked up mail here. They have always helped me find the best box and best shipping method all without me asking for further help and without getting any hint of irritation. They’ve always helped me pick the best shipping methods even if the line is out the door. I’m not the easiest customer but they’ve never been unpleasant. I’ve seen other customers get nasty and I’ve never seen any of the staff get irritated or short with anyone as a result. I love this post office. I’ve been to many in way too many states and I’ve really enjoyed each trip to the post office here. Every person there is genuinely helpful and kind. The self shipping machine in the front is a waste of time and never works but the staff always get it right.
Horrible help my package was sent to the wrong address was told they will try to go back and find if they do I will just pay for the rest of delivery but then I get a call basically saying I am S.O.L.
