Hardworking individuals no breaks and when there is the hard job just comes easy here with good results. Better when the line is busy In my opinion.

Can't understand the bad reviews - (maybe they've never been to the Killingsworth branch in Portland before...) Finest post office experience I've ever consistently had - I wish this office could be used as a model for the rest.

Everyone at the desk is very helpful. I especially appreciate Firipele, but I know I did not remember or spell his name correctly, so I apologize for that. He is efficient, smart, and so polite. They work hard! Our carriers are great too, especially Maria! Wow. She is so cheerful and helpful and efficient too!nnCalling the post office, though, is bureaucracy at its worst. A loop message that will not quit! One cannot interrupt it with “Speak to an agent.” Even when the endless-endless options are over, and even after the voice confirms that I want to speak to an agent, the list of options starts up again. Fiinally the voice said she would connect me, —but all agents were busy of course. I clicked the option to wait, but then I heard that the wait time was over an hour, so I clicked the option number to leave a message, but that was no longer available. The phone call started all over with the very beginning of the endless process. I gave up.nnBut when I go in, which is rare since Covid, it goes smoothly and the people are helpful! I appreciate all their health safety precautions! (It’s careless customers who do not wear a mask or get too close that irritate me.) I appreciate the US Postal Service and our local post office! Long may they live!!!!nnThank You, Public Service People! You deserve our patience and respect and good manners.

They made me forcefully change the locks on my lock box and then made me wait 40 minutes for them to change the lock and recieve new keys instead of simply giving me my new keys and receipt and doing it when they had time, im curious as to why everyone else in line is so much more important than me when I got here first so you should be helping me fully before helping more customers, its not my fault your short staffed. Hire more people or make others wait like i had to wait in line. Not my fault they showed up when your closing and now I have to wait longer because they show up at 2pm when your supposed to close. What a joke the way they run this place. Very displeased with the customer service. I have had this p.o. box for 5+ years and have never once had this issue. No where does it state that if your late on payment they have to change your p.o. box lock, and it doesn't state that it could take 40 minutes to get a lock changed either. Very disappointed in the customer service im receiving after having had been with them for years. Not ok with this. Hire people who know how to do there job to, asked the guy several questions and he was very unsure about answering them. Had to then wait for another lady to be done in order to even be helped.

I'd give this location no stars if I could. The few people I have had encounters with who work there are not helpful nor do they show any sign of wanting to be helpful.
