John was very short with me. And provided me with false information, when I told him that I think the info was false because I read online that it was different, he admitted to not knowing & said that the guy who knew was not working.nCustomer service was just poor.nI know times are tough and USPS are doing a lot of great work though, especially with the election coming up.
Every bad review on this location is spot on. There are are a couple good employees here but most are just flat out lazy. This includes the drivers. Just skip this location if you can. Canby , West Linn and Gladstone are ten times better.
Lazy. Absolute worst post office on the planet I cannot believe our tax dollars go to funding these Lazy group of people’s paycheck. They also delivered a $1400 package to the wrong address
From missing mail to completely skipping my entire mail delivery several days at a time...this is THE WORST run post office that I have ever dealt with. Unreal and pathetic customer service
I’ve only lived here 2 1/2 years from California. I’ve been treated with the upmost courtesy and respect, and actually find that the wait time in line is very reasonable. I’m very happy with this post office and the people that are at that front desk.
