Truthfully this post office has the nicest workers, and they do their absolute best to help you. You don’t get that with post offices in other cities and states. I have an online store so I send tons of packages through this facility in particular and I’ve never had a problem with the Troy location. I hear horror stories about other USPS locations not scanning peoples packages in, etc. Never this location! I love them for that as a small business owner.nnAlso if their parking lot could get a little bigger that would be great haha ud83dude06
I ordered an item on-line. The tracking information stated that my package was delivered July 3rd. I received mail that day, but my package was not included. I allowed some time to pass hoping that if it was delivered to the wrong box that the person receiving it would return it to the post office. I went to the post office today and was basically told I was out of luck. Item was scanned at my box and they are not responsible. So this tells my that the carrier probably stole my purchase. Its a shame that a package came all the way from China and couldn't make it to my mailbox once arriving in Troy, Missouri. Edit: About 2 weeks, after the postal employee emphatically said my packaged had been left in my mailbox, I actually received it!
My husband and I have been doing business with the Troy Post Office for years now, and we are very pleased with their customer service and their delivery services. They are friendly, are prompt, are helpful and respectful. Thank you Troy Postal Service for all you do, and have a lovely day.
No problems. Been here for 2 years now
Am getting tired of my mail not being delivered. The latest were 2 graduation cards that never arrived approx. 2 months ago. Makes me believe that contents are being stolen. I have also had other mail that never arrived. I will not use this post office again.
