On several occasions, our mail person leaves packages on the ground, in my neighbor's yard. Not even remotely at/near my house.This happened again this week. Once, she marked a package as delivered, and I saw her almost put it in the mailbox. She put it back in her truck. It wasn't actually delivered until a few days later. The inside post office people have always treated me well.
This rating is strictly because of Joy Smith. I had a package that got delayed, and through the issue she kept in contact with to make sure it was resolved. She even called the day it was delivered to make sure it got there.
I have had 11 different items waiting at this post office for more than 2 weeks! NOT ONE ITEM HAS YET TO BE DELIVERED!!
I like this location because it's not very busy when I go on my lunch hour. There are enough parking spaces. Although it is very small it's the right size for the area. I appreciate the staff explaining the different services they offer to make sure I got exactly what I needed. They also offer packing supplies if needed.
My mail carrier can't be bothered to get out of the truck so my packages are stuffed into my mailbox. I have had several items damaged. This place is ridiculous.
