I liked my experience, I had a package that was supposed to be sent to my parents house, got canceled and was in process to be sent back to seller, but I called my local Post Office and explained the situation and the lady who helped me was super helpful and understanding! So instead of having to order another item I will be getting my package tomorrow instead to my address. Super awesome I didn't have to wait and try to order it again! Thanks guys! You are the best.
I don't understand why my mail was not delivered today. I was expecting 5 pieces of mail, one which was the long awaited stimulus check and another check I was expecting.nnWHY WAS MY MAIL NOT DELIVERED???????nnNow, since I am on the latest of delivery times that constantly varies between 1:30 to after 5:00 and there is no guarantee it will even show up tomorrow before the banks close I can't get these needed checks into my bank account - BECAUSE MY MAIL COULD NOT BE DELIVERED TODAY!!!!nnThis happens often, along with getting mail that isn't mine. Poor service and I will be ringing the phone off the hook in the morning to intercept my mail!!!!
Pretty unhelpful. Makes it hard to defend the post office from reforms the government is trying to make.
The ladies at the counter are always so helpful and considerate of each customer.
After waiting in line for 30+ minutes...Terrible terrible customer service and a horrible supervisor who lies and isnt helpful AT ALL!!!
