I am constantly missing mail that USPS Informed Delivery says I am supposed to receive; and some of it I never do get. Constant delivery of mail to wrong addresses in our subdivision. This is not the first or only complaint against this office. I hope you do something this time.
The mailman that delivers to Providence Subdivision is the laziest mailman I have ever had. If there is a car parked anywhere near a mailbox he/she will not even attempt to deliver mail- god forbid they have to get out of their vehicle. Some people own more cars than there are driveway spots and have to park on the street. Do your job and deliver the mail!
Staff was helpful, but not exactly friendly.
Very rude and unhelpful employees. I will never return to this branch. I just had to leave and go to another post office to send my mail. If I could leave less than one star I would. The most unpleasant and lazy postal workers I have ever seen.
