Love this location. Brandy is always so helpful with all my business needs, and My mail Lady Paula is the absolute best. I hope she knows how much I appreciate all of her help!! I'm always getting bigger deliveries, and sending out a bunch of packages for my business. She is so nice, and always does a great job! Keep up the great work! :)
I love my regular mail lady and Brandy at the office (both very helpful and respectful)...but the other lady that works at the office actually hung up on me today when I called after I asked if Brandy was available. And I would not even need to call and bother them at all if the USPS website worked properly. :/
Numerous times I get notifications as a package delivery attempt failure. Then they hold it at the office. What gets me is sometimes is, I have no issue getting packages and other times I do. I feel like the mail person is bipolar and depending on the day if I will receive a package or not.
Hillsboro has to have one of the worst post offices in the nation. As they're all government employees we all know absolutely nothing can be done about it. What's sad is half of 'Muricans want the people that are responsible for offices like this one running our healthcare system. P.S. I just received one my many packages unable to be delivered notifications for a package that would easily fit in my mailbox. I do admit that it's sad these people are driving around in their own personal vehicles delivering mail. Give these people an actual mail truck so they can do their freaking jobs!
Everyone has always been so friendly. Very rarely have I had to wait for services. I work in Hillsboro and the mail service to our location is always good. We have received someone else’s mail a few times but otherwise good.
