Uncommon for a bad review from me but I was sent a threatening letter stating I would not recieve my mail unless I signed a piece of paper agreeing to terms set by them. I will not comply with nonsense intimidation methods that they think are appropriate.
I had a package which I tracked and never got!!! They said it was put on front porch! Why? There was someone there! I never got!
I had a certified letter and the manager of the Carthage MO post office brought it to me herself. She was so friendly and nice.
Came to the post office and we could not send our care package to a loved one in Guam. The reasoning was because filling out the customs forms would take too long and they closed in a few minutes. Talk about great customer service.nThe lady that helped us has always given us a hard time when we are sending packages. She’s the one with the black short hair and accent.
I have no problem receiving packages during the week.For some reason Sunday deliveries are going to the wrong street.This was not an issue before.Luckily the wrong address is someone I know and they contact me
