Anytime I come in I always get great customer service sometimes there is a wait when they get busy but it happens in every industry
I have used this PO several times and always receive excellent service. The employees here are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So great to have such a convenient resource in this small rural town, saves much time not having to commute to the city. Thank you to all who keep this facility running smoothly.
Postal employee always very kind and helpful. Post office is nice and clean. I'm thankful it's so close, easily accessible.
If you can, go elsewhere! I had a po box with them for years and heard horrible service. The manager also got on a fb post about the post office and cussed at me and said everyone was lying about the lost mail, bad experiences, etc. She also said she was nice and forwarded my mail when i moved, like it wasn't her job and she did it out of the kindness of her heart. They act like everything you ask is killing them.
Seriously the worst service out of any business in Buckner. I have had only one pleasant experience there out of the many years I've lived here and used that post office.nAlso, the hours are jank as hell.nnY'all seriously need an attitude training course there.
