This has been THE MOST helpful post office I’ve ever came across. As long as you’re a mildly intelligent kind person you shouldn’t have a hard time navigating this office lol They’re customer service is amazing and we have the absolute nicest post officer worker ever in our Charing Cross subdivision!
The weekend workers clearly are missing something upstairs. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I don’t understand how a delivery can be put on the WRONG address, 5 miles away multiple times IN A ROW. Absolutely unbelievable.
Delivered a package containing a ring for my fiance to the wrong address. This isn't the first time this has happened. Frequently get mail that belongs to others. This place needs to be shut down as the people delivering the mail seem to be incompetent.
this is the third time they have said package delivered in parcel box and I have no key in the box... either the delivery person has my package or my neighbor does...
A package is supposed to be delivered today - guaranteed delivery. My mail carrier has already delivered my mail, but no package. The voice response says my package is still out for delivery, but there is no option to speak to a live person to ask questions about the delivery. I specifically set up delivery for today because I knew I would be home and the item was required for an on line workshop that I had to be a part of that evening. Frustrated with the inability to speak with an individual. I would have gone to the post office myself to pick up the package if I could have worked out that option.
