Really deserves a 0 but it isn't an option. First time here. Went to day to mail a box to an APO for my son who is deployed and the very snippy, slow as molasses person working the counter named Cynthia, didn't know how to do it, had an attitude and tried to charge me $181+ for international shipping. I have mailed many of these from other locations and no problem. She was so rude, untrained and clueless that I had to take the box back and go to my usual bank to mail it. Cost: $24. BTW, Cynthia would not tell me her name, I had to ask one of the gas station workers.
I went to this location for the first time today and was super impressed with the hours, service, and speed. The man working was super friendly. This will definitely be my new go to!
I always get fantastic service at this location! The postal workers are friendly and fast. I also appreciate that there is a drive through available, and that this office is so close to my home and right off of Kings Hwy.
