Both ladies working were SO pleasant, friendly and helpful. Often hard to come by at other USPS offices.
Kristy - receptionist messed up with mail and instead of apologies started yell and scream. Manager postmaster came but Kristy screamed her lies without given me a chance to tell what really happened. I requested postmaster's name and name of her supervisor. Instead of it she called to police??? Looks like they are not getting who is the customer and what does customers service mean. Terrible
I had a customer complaining that their tracking number showed delivered but she did not get her package. I called and spoke to Mark who was extremely helpful. He promised to look into it and get back to me. By the end of the day she had her package and he called me back like he said he would and gave me the good news! That is service!
Very helpful, We moved and the mail delivery was screwed up. Went to Camdenton and the employees in the lobby and post master went out of their way to help resolve the problem of not delivering our mail to the right location and comphirmed that we had filled out the proper us paperwork properly. Anyway the problem was taken care of in a carting and was good service. Thank you
