Not the greatest customer service. I have an online shop and have a handful of padded envelopes a couple times a week, sometimes less. The guy in the office keeps trying to convince me to leave my packages on the counter instead of scanning them and giving me a receipt like I asked. He wants me to know that the info I need is on my prepaid receipt. I know this, but I need him to scan them so they're in the system, and then please hand me a receipt showing this. I never had this issue when delivering in Jeff City, and I honestly am looking forward to going back to work there so I can utilize their facilities again. Plus, this guy was on his phone when I walked in today, and he completely ignored me, even when I said hello. So I set my envelopes down and said I didn't need a receipt, to which he asked if I got the information to show up on my device. He still doesn't get it. I don't know what this guy's deal is, but all I'm asking is for a scan and a receipt. I don't take up much time, and I try to be friendly. As soon as I can use another facility, I will.
Was in the area, went by to buy some stamps. All i could find was a bank there and a drop box. Woow!
It is kinda of confusing, but the post office is located inside the commerce bank. The person who helped me was super friendly.
Um... theres just a bank here... no post office. Unless I'm blind.
Terrible service. Repeated lost packages, lame excuses and zero solutions.
