Honestly Hellen Keller would be faster than everybody who works here put together
Packages are usually not delivered to me and usually held at least one day. The large mail is ALWAYS folded in half. Not such a big deal with magazines or catalogs but pictures or car graphics tend to become useless. Until the mail tacos and miss delivery is remedied I have to go one star.
Their is one women who works here who always seems mad and doesn't want to help anyone, and when asked for help it's always I am working I'll get to you soon. Please women start to smile and love that you have job and people are watching you
Deliver my mail elsewhere and make no effort to get it back. Some of these are important documents that it will be difficult to replace.
Stop leaving my mailbox open and I might give two stars. Stop holding mail and I might give three. If you go into the office and actually manage to catch an employee there, they are generally nice.
