Simply put they lie. For several years I have had security cameras that show my residence in every angle. The send messages on how no one answered or unable to make delivery because no one was home. They don’t even drive by. They are lazy and lyres. But nothing will ever change other then new and creative excuses that are also lies.
Great place to get money orders and you can use your debit card....
I waited from 8:25 am until 9:11 am this morning and they never opened up the counter area so we could conduct our postal business. They were supposed to open at 8:30 am. No one came out to tell us why they weren't open or what was going on. I left but later heard they finally opened at 9:30 am. Not a good way to do business!
My packages are constantly lost and no help from these guys whatsoever. I know they have tracking and could pin point where the package was delivered to but they don't care
Not worth one star. Tried to find a number for our local KCK PO but none available. There is one for KCMO, but they don't answer. Found one on google for an 800 number, but the wait time was over an hour and they had a message that said they knew nothing about the local office I was trying to reach. Absolutely useless. However, had I chosen to wait on hold for over an hour I could have taken a brief survey because they care so much about their service. Hogwash.
