Beautiful facility & the staff member was polite, efficient.
My wife went to mail a package to the house she grew up in as a child. The man working told her that address doesn't exist. And told her to get out.
I had a very bad experience. People there doesn’t know how to send an international package. It’s totally unacceptable. I went two times trying to send some international package very urgent. They told me ( Two ladies) “ Go to another postal service “ I am so disappointed with that kind of answer!
I have never had a bad experience at this post office. Everyone has been friendly and best of all they're open until 7:00 p.m.
Mail carrier left a package at the door in central Topeka without knocking on the door and the package was stolen. I had a irreplaceable gift in it from my brother. Our dad had passed away in March and my brother had a voice clip of our dad saying he loved me and my brother went to build a bear and made a bear with a voice box with the clip in it. It was in this package, that can never be replaced. I don't understand why it was not taken back to the post office when there was no answer at the door. So thanks United States postal service nice to know how much you care about people reviving their mail.
